Video lessons with a named publisher, a source page, and a clear note when the interface has aged.
If you are learning to open the Hidden Wiki, start with the Tor download and device guide to choose an app. These videos provide context; the software publisher’s current instructions remain the reference for installation and connection settings.

A useful way to follow a tutorial
Check the app name, platform, and date before following a sequence. Keep the relevant written guide open and compare the task being demonstrated with your goal. If the menus differ, return to the publisher’s current instructions instead of assuming that a setting with a similar label has the same purpose.
After installation, use the first-launch guide for connecting. A bridge lesson concerns reaching the network; it cannot tell you whether a particular onion website is online. If Tor connects but one service fails, the connection FAQ addresses that separate situation.
Why the dates are visible
A tutorial can explain a useful concept after its buttons and menus have changed. The Guardian Project lesson is explicitly about Onion Browser 2.6 and was published in 2020. It is included as historical learning material, not relabeled as a current setup walkthrough.
The Tor bridge video is linked directly by the Tor Project’s WebTunnel article. That publisher link establishes the resource’s provenance; it does not mean every interface shown will match the current release.

Use Orbot’s official download page and its current project site. We did not verify a current official Orbot video walkthrough during this review, so we have not substituted an unaffiliated video and labeled it official.
