For a factual correction
Include the URL of the page, the specific wording you believe is wrong, your proposed correction, and a public source supporting it. For historical claims, a dated contemporary record is especially useful.
For an address concern
Identify the record and the publisher’s own address statement. An inaccessible page alone does not establish that an address is fraudulent or permanently offline.
Do not send passwords, private keys, personal information about others, illegal material, or files obtained from suspicious destinations. The publisher cannot troubleshoot or administer the external onion wiki.
